my overall experience with IDFY with is excellent and all team are very cooperative.

I would like the most of the IDFY the team are extremely supportive and process is very smooth.

You cannot rely just on IDfy if you have document or identity verification task. Because it's not 90% rather I'll say 60-70% uptime and correctness

There up time and reliability is bad. OCR gives incorrect data, sometimes aadhaar is down.

My experience with IDfy has been good. I've been using it for over three years now, and it has significantly reduced manual work by automatically clearing the majority of IDs.

What I liked most about IDfy is its quick OCR capability, allowing for swift document scanning and extraction. The verification process, especially from government departments, is also speedy and efficient. Moreover, the support from the IDfy team has been consistently good.

However, the OCR quality could be improved to ensure better accuracy and reliability in document processing

I personally handle the BGV with IDFY and till date i have never faced any issue with the portal it is pretty much self explanatory and easy to use.

The Automation and the report method of closure.

The Data collected over the year are not put to use completely for employment and qualification verification.
