Pros
- Very good application for getting a better clarity and share of your contributions.
- Very good application for getting a better clarity and share of your contributions.
- The features are vividly transparent, functions are easy to use, simulations of "What If" is great.
Cons
- I don't really have anything that I don't like about Incentivate.
- However, it didn't support iOS few months back. Have heard they are working on it.
Pros
- Amazing product and a great experience. I was also very happy to see the analytics that pointed me in the right direction for next steps.
- Highly recommended and nice product for startups especially, who are looking for budget friendly and reliable product.
- Overall, we are happy with Zoho. They are good people, provide great support, and you can't beat the value for money equation.
Cons
- We've got some problem with the email invitations often sent into the spam folder of our customers... but it's a common problem with other CRM I guess.
- Misleading information during the trial phase. Always upselling their useless apps through Zoho one.
- You get different answers from different customer representatives and the lack of an account manager is painful. App store is full of apps that barely work or aren't maintained.
