The website runs a little clunky sometimes, so if you are trying to work you way through quickly, you may not be able to. Things don't load, you have to start a list over, or messages don't send right away. This can be frustrating if you are in a hurry. But the pros outweigh these issues for us.

I would give it a 7 out of 10. it has a good days and then bads one.
