This is a very expensive product  to use as because of the people failing to follow through on their interviews. So we in the end up having to pay for dead leads.

The quick apply was amazing. I like that I can look at jobs and save them to apply later.

It is a large pool of resumes of the talented people looking for better opportunity and this large pool helps the recruiters to find the best suitable personnel.

I love that I can post my resume online and look for jobs that fit my skillset and I love  the employers can reach out to me when looking for potential candidates to fill positions.

Nothing really bad about the site in general, anything bad is mostly the job posted in terms of qualifications and salary.

The problem with the app is that it always redirects you to third-party sites when you click on the job, it ends up wasting time. Sometimes the error to apply.

I am sometimes frustrated with being charged for applicants who click on the ad who aren't remotely qualified and then being charged for that.

The feature to schedule interviews/phone screens can sometimes be confusing to use. I have missed confirmations/replies from candidates and ended up reverting back  to regular email for scheduling.

The mode to alert to client or user, it's very very boring and it's the same all the time, don't have creativity.

I love how they help you create a resume and save it so that way it is easier for you me to look for jobs.

Indeed made it very easy to recruit management candidates for the business I managed. Free job postings made it very economical for widening my net to catch a group of great applicants to interview.

What I like the most about this site is that they give you leads and do follow-ups which is great because it makes it feel like the company is working for you.

Another good feature is they have coaches to help you if you don't feel like speaking is your strong suit or if you get nervous. They work with you so you can get that confidence.

Indeed is simple to use and very beneficial is you are looking to apply to a job. They know how to recommend great opportunities and pinpoint what you are interested in.

The resumes are not always updated and that can be very misleading. In addition there is resumes for those who are not in the market for a job.

Overall, the platform is user-friendly and the support staff have been very helpful. We are pretty satisfied overall.

I think the layout is confusing, it has a bad presentation and interface I just think there are a lot of other options that are ahead.

Now we are stuck for the next year. If you move forward with this company you will lose sleep and the problems they create for you, with your clients will be the bane of your existence.

At the point that this happened I was just over my initial 30 days to cancel and they would offer no refund or even partial refund of the $6000 I had to prepay.

The company continues to build time saving features into the platform. Overall the software is easy to use and my team is able to customize each account to meet the specific needs of our clients.

The worst problem we had with payroll relief was when the company decided to turn off automatic tax payments and report processing on a random number of our clients.

While there have been many enhancements in the 11 years we have been using the product, the developer does a poor job of rolling them out.

The requirement to wire funds to them when a direct deposit withdrawal is rejected due to insufficient funds is also cumbersome.

Except for the training video on the upgrade, it is wonderful.

There are so many things I absolutely abhor. You have to know and develop Java script in the system just so it tracks vacation for employees.

It is put together so that it is easy to use and if you need any help they are just a phone call away.

As we've grown, their tiered pricing has allowed us to increase our margins. It's easy to demo to prospects and overall impression from our clients is that is is easy to use.

Customer service is great. The system isn't super user friendly so a website update would be nice.

I was attracted by the price and the ability to run unlimited payroll.

I log in to my employee portal about twice a month to look at my check stubs, view my remaining PTO, ets. It is very easy to navigate the employee portal.

Access to all states for processing. Integration with Accounting Power is great.

But once you are in, the amount of programming you have to do since this is not at all an intuitive system blows our minds. Don’t just walk away from this huge nightmare.

Functionality is a train wreck but customer service is simply non existent with this company.

We just don't like their customer service. We compromise because for a small business it's a good choice.

They refused and eventually stopped responding to my emails.

What I love most are the reports. In the past, I liked that it was solid, reliable, pretty much error-free software.

Just overall we have been happy with they product and how efficient it has been. Every product will have issues from time to time but so far this is the best one we have used.

No accounting firm can handle the problems of this company.

Payroll Relief has no ideas why. I haven't seen the web portal fail for any employees though, so there's still that going for it.

The benefits allow the small accounting and payroll firm to compete with ADP and the larger firms. We can offer similar service at a reasonable cost.

What i like most about this software is how easy it is to set up employee info. We recommend to clients with many employees, to streamline the accounting process.
