This is a very expensive product  to use as because of the people failing to follow through on their interviews. So we in the end up having to pay for dead leads.

The quick apply was amazing. I like that I can look at jobs and save them to apply later.

It is a large pool of resumes of the talented people looking for better opportunity and this large pool helps the recruiters to find the best suitable personnel.

I love that I can post my resume online and look for jobs that fit my skillset and I love  the employers can reach out to me when looking for potential candidates to fill positions.

Nothing really bad about the site in general, anything bad is mostly the job posted in terms of qualifications and salary.

The problem with the app is that it always redirects you to third-party sites when you click on the job, it ends up wasting time. Sometimes the error to apply.

Indeed offers a superb product at a great price.

Indeed is a good platform for both who are searching jobs and those who are searching for candidates. It is easy to use and its various functions and filters help in appropriate search.

It has minimalistic UI which is user friendly. It offers great features at very affordable price.

I am sometimes frustrated with being charged for applicants who click on the ad who aren't remotely qualified and then being charged for that.

The feature to schedule interviews/phone screens can sometimes be confusing to use. I have missed confirmations/replies from candidates and ended up reverting back  to regular email for scheduling.

The mode to alert to client or user, it's very very boring and it's the same all the time, don't have creativity.

I love how they help you create a resume and save it so that way it is easier for you me to look for jobs.

Indeed made it very easy to recruit management candidates for the business I managed. Free job postings made it very economical for widening my net to catch a group of great applicants to interview.

What I like the most about this site is that they give you leads and do follow-ups which is great because it makes it feel like the company is working for you.

Another good feature is they have coaches to help you if you don't feel like speaking is your strong suit or if you get nervous. They work with you so you can get that confidence.

Indeed is simple to use and very beneficial is you are looking to apply to a job. They know how to recommend great opportunities and pinpoint what you are interested in.

The resumes are not always updated and that can be very misleading. In addition there is resumes for those who are not in the market for a job.

Overall, the platform is user-friendly and the support staff have been very helpful. We are pretty satisfied overall.

I think the layout is confusing, it has a bad presentation and interface I just think there are a lot of other options that are ahead.

It's user friendly and there's so much you can do in the software. UltiPro is always finding new ways of making their tool better and I love that part.

The aesthetics of the software is ugly and it has a terrible layout compared to others that are in the market like ADP.

Looks nice, positions itself as the best HRIS out there, but not worth the money. Has all the modules you would ever need though.

It is a great HR Core/ Benefit product that is easy to integrate into account software and Time & Attendance via API's.

Just finding the correct fields you need for the reports is difficult and then figuring out how to merge or link them is even more difficult.

It also offers no reason why something isn't available to the user (such as out of enrollment window flag or similar). New hires are confused when something simply doesn't work.

It’s rare but when it is it’s an inconvenience. With the amount of employees it is a pain to have to manually put in everyone’s hours.

They are open to feedback and are responsive and I really like how they take their time to help you understand your request is being met.

Love the ease of use for this software. Employees and Employers find it very easy to use and navigate.

With expense management integrated, it is one of the best HR products.

Overall I have enjoyed working in UltiPro. The training videos are very helpful to understanding navigation and submitting requests.

People get paid, the reports are great, managers find it easy to use, rapid response folks are helpful in a pinch, and it's nice the same service rep stays with you from case opening to close.

We have realized some streamlined payroll business practices, and within Onboarding as well. The overall experience with this software and company have been very good, with some room for improvement.

Very impressed with UltiPro, my experience has ended but it was great.

We went from in house software to ultipro. I like the functionality and ease of access ultipro provides as a an end user.

We have enjoyed great flexibility in the way we create our files in it. The fact that it allows for different items to be added, things like the date, in a way suitable for each company is priceless.

UltiPro was nice as it had a suite of everything you'd need all in one platform. When set up appropriately, you can get some pretty good efficiency out of this product.

The menu is confusing and it can be hard to read. The paystub feature seems to have too much information that is unnecessary.

The biggest problem I have is with UltiPro is the customer service. I cannot believe the disregard for myself and the employees of my company.

They want to provide a great customer experience. It is nice they also have so many partners you can work with to ensure all your systems are integrated.

I like that it's easy to navigate most areas. I can save my favorite links and easily get to where I need.

The time chart can be confusing when you first learn to use it. Management ignores many of the app's functions.

The ability to customize the system when needed. Easy to use, seems fairly user friendly.

I  like the standardized report ,and the freedom to edit the names and modify them to fit our business need is priceless.

There are many out of the box reports pre-configured and you can build your own to meet your individual customized business needs. It's highly reliable and customer support is great.

My favorite feature is on boarding, I think it’s a wonderful improvement and I think it was completely worth the price for how much easier it makes on boarding virtual employees.

Ease of use, customer service, great company. I love everything about them.

I like the ability to work off of 1 platform and have 1 portal for all my needs.

The best project cost estimates creation and analytical functions are responsive and Asset management using UKG Pro is more helpful and productive.

This system is much better than our last, especially when it comes to looking up historical information and managing benefits and deductions.

I wish there was a way to see pay before it goes into my bank account for budgeting purposes but not a big deal.

This is like the luxury car for software. The streamlined processes and integrations are the best.

Easy to maneuver, has great features and functionality as well a good customer support system. Able to fine everything I need.

This software is people-friendly, all inclusive for processes in our departments. The Support is awesome and timely.

The reporting side is ridiculous. It is so complicated and convoluted and not user-friendly in the slightest.

I will say that they customer service is good.

OVERALL- This software gets the job done but it takes double the time with little to no customer service, horrible reporting and zero training that lead to daily headaches.

I like this new UltiPro payroll. All data is easy to retrieve, good to navigate through.
