Their customer support has been top notch and the product perfectly does what it is intended to do. It works almost flawlessly and has very good dashboards for following up. The api allows automations to run off certain triggers and statistics. Reasons for choosing Insightful I actually cant rmeember which competitor products I tried it was long ago though I trialled insightful and another 2 I found insightful to be best for features we wanted and the most mature of what I tested. My staff does not have to track their own hours, which means the data I pull for payroll is clean and ready to use. No disputes, no back-and-forth. Cons: Occasional outages are the one significant drawback.
