To date, we’ve built out 5-6 distinct programs—including our 'Quarterly Culture Awards' which features a seamless nomination and experience-based reward process. The implementation was smooth, the communication is consistently excellent, and the ability to personalize every touchpoint to match our brand’s look and feel has been a game-changer. The team has enjoyed the redemption opportunities with gift cards and other awards. It is super easy to use and integrate into Slack and SSO.
