Intervue help me to get best candidate that company need
This is problem solving to send task to developer, track his work and followup. this is very easy create a list of task and send them. it record everything we can check out any time. Also big benifit is intervue provide lots of premade assignement. just select and send task to candidate. also that assignement not found in google. task made by experianced developers.
PROSLive interview process is best, see live coding and not need to install any software in candidate system, just create interview url and quick join.
CONSRecruit management is not there. But not an issue. Beacuse external integration with other recruitment management software is there.

Helped us scale our interviews 10 times
1. First, the pricing. The pricing was much affordable compared to it's competitors. Being an early stage startup, we were not able to afford the pricing of Intervue's competitors. 2. Usability. Intervue has a clean interface with just the right tools 3. The upgrades. Intervue asked for our feedback on the product and improved it significantly with time. Since we were an early stage startup, initially we didn't have much time to talk to intervue. But seeing the fast and continuous upgrades Intervue did to their platform based on our feedback, we were happy to provide feedback on continuous basis 4. The support.
CONSNothing really. Issues we had were resolved by Intervue timely

Good idea... but not there yet
There has not been any experience since I can't use the product for VB.Net applicant gauging. I am keeping my life-time subscription though with the hope things will improve soon.
PROSI bought a life-time subscription. Without thinking. The whole idea is great. Without a tool like this it is very difficult to assess skillset of a remotely working developer. Traveling these days is not an option, even if there was no COVID it would have been expensive. So, if you can set up a video interview and watch how applicant is coding this is a boon for a project depending on remote teams and developers.
CONS1. Support, does not seem to exist. Absolutely unresponsive. I bought wrong subscription first, instead of a team plan I bought 2 x individual codes. Right after the purchase someone from Intervue sent me a Linkedin invitation. Scheduled a call and I don't understand what was the point of this connection as I asked for help in changing the subscription - usual answer - 'I will try my best to help you' and then the guy went to the woods. Sent an email to support@intervue.io and did not receive a single response. 2. Programming language technology coverage: believe it or not I need VB.Net and it is not on the list of supported languages. The same customer care representative told me - 'We had it originally, but then there were some problems, so we took it off the list. We will bring VB back after some time.' It has been a month or so now and VB.Net is still not available. When he gave me his reasoning, I am not even sure, he was serious or told me something to just get rid of my question.

Relevant features, with finer details taken care of.
Intervue tool is valuable for us. With the roadmap that we understand, they are bring in more features. We would stress on wanting the Intervue team to definitely retain its simple to use UI (as it is today). We use it to evaluate interview candidates and rate their coding skills. Look forward to continue deriving value through efficient hiring.
PROSIntervue has a minimal interface. It clearly tracks the candidate activities during his/her interview or assignment.
CONSThe "Question Bank" is small and is yet to support questions related to some of the new technologies like Flutter, Scala etc. The time required to have an overall review of the candidate application tracking screen can be reduced with a good dashboard.
Reason for choosing Intervue
Purely based on value for money.
Reasons for switching to Intervue
