  • Pros

  • I like the ease of use from the HR perspective and the ability to see exactly what the employee sees within the system when trying to help them.
  • That we are able to put our employees information into, so it stores it safely.
  • Cons

  • It cost more money to have iSolved than it would (including risk) of having paper time cards.
  • We had been with Paychoice, then Sage, then Isolved. Launch was terrible with no help.

  • It is easy enough to use. The menu is user friendly and there are not too many levels.
  • Task delegation and tracking its progress is made easy by Hubstaff. Whether you have an online task or a task that require some field work you can track the task progress using this application.
  • Cons

  • It is sometimes prone to crash or log you out automatically which makes tracking hours more difficult.
  • This software needs some serious TLC if it's going to accuse someone for not doing something when it is obvious they are.
