  • Pros

  • They are responsive and helpful EVERY time we need assistance or have a "dumb" question. Love the relationship we have with the team and technology is great.
  • I like the ease of use from the HR perspective and the ability to see exactly what the employee sees within the system when trying to help them.
  • Honestly, the thing that makes isolved worth it is their customer service. They are quick to respond to issues that come up and are always happy to help.
  • Cons

  • I have employees who have not received a paycheck, no response from iSolved and no assistance from them either. It is the absolute worst.
  • Did not provide any demos because I was told that they will switch me and then train me. The data converted was a mess and the implementation team did absolutely no research on our company.
  • Months with various tax issues and no follow up costing us fines with a neighboring state. We have wasted so much time just trying to get people to call or email us back.

  • The knowledge center has been helpful in resolving issues and the team is a big help.
  • I like the applicant tracking software, which means ease of use for managers moving applicants to another bucket and the ability to have templates to send emails to applicants when moving applicants.
  • User friendly manual and helpdesk are amazing if you have a query.
  • Cons

  • The old software was very slow and reporting features were inadequate but these have both been remedied.
  • We were a bit disappointed that we were not contacted earlier than 2 months prior to them switching to a new online platform.
  • This gave us limited time to plan to move our data and processes to the new system.
