Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

Overall experience is very nice with jira because of it's inclusive price & good features.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

I am no longer a slave to extra charges, unusable features and frustration at every turn.

The interface is one of the best of any recruitment management software - intuitive and simple.

I also don't like that the positions must be clicked on for central info such as location. This should be part of the header of each job.

Nothing really to report at this point. Anytime there is a bug to fix, we have direct access to the key players and the problem is fixed.

Kortivity is an awesome concept- but is still lacking qualities to actually make it an awesome product.

All of my experiences with Kortivity have been great. I appreciate that if we have something we want added, the team is quick to modify as much as they can to accommodate our requests.

The integration with Outlook 365 has been pretty easy. The reports feature is great for mangers who want to know recruiter and firm activity.

The integration of the ATS, CRM, and Marketing Automation (both cold and warm and nurturing methods) allows the firm and the users to stay in one program.

Great product at a great price. It's increased productivity tenfold.

Customer service is excellent. Functionality of site is improving.

The software has helped us improve processes. Kortivity is easy to use and the team at Kortivity  is the best at making sure the transfer from a prior ATS is seamless.

It is a little bulky at times. Error messages are common.

Reporting and company performance metrics also keeps getting better.
