It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.

Some of the benefits that I found useful are listed below. It helps in tracking a number of tasks whether it is a new feature, an issue or bug or anything that requires some kind of tracking.

It's like an extra powerful ship, abundant in functions and features, that would bring you anywhere you like. For complex projects, it's probably a hidden weapon that decides about the win.

Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

Overall experience is very nice with jira because of it's inclusive price & good features.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

I think it would be nice to have a warning sign for the preview button. That would lead to more employees able to figure out what is missing on their paperwork.

Easy to navigate, able to use across multiple locations, able to assign 1 Admin to take care of password resets & help with user questions, clean dashboard customized to the company's brand.

Despite numerous guarantees, the software could not satisfy our needs. Before we were able to determine the software would not work, we were forced to pay upfront.

I value the ATS and Onboarding integration and its ability to be a one stop platform. The program itself is straight forward and has the new hire and company in mind.

Reasonably good,  I have received responses from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] when I email, but not when in the site and click on the Help tab>request assistance.

I found the Exceptional Customer Service to be the best part of this software. They take pride in in ensuring that the customer is well looked after and the product meets the needs of its clients.

It is nice that this software integrates with the HRIS and pushes over information. The support team is awesome.
