It's like an extra powerful ship, abundant in functions and features, that would bring you anywhere you like. For complex projects, it's probably a hidden weapon that decides about the win.

Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

Overall experience is very nice with jira because of it's inclusive price & good features.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

Also the issue tracking system is awesome. I used other service desk solutions in the past but Jira is best among them.

It's great to have a single place where we can document epics/features/stories/tasks. It's a great integration with third-party tools like Git.

Integration was painful, but it was a upgrade from our last system.

I HATE that I have to use their credit card software, it's expensive and communist that they force you to use bottom line payments.

Once redone, the same problems reoccurred. With no resolution in sight and my data file now 3 - 4 months out of date, I had to let them go.

Our customers love getting their invoices via email and we love the variety of ways to communicate with the customer.

I love the Pocomos software, it is very easy to use, and the staff there are so amazing and helpful.

Ultimately it is quick, easy and even FUN to use this program in order to cater to all of our customers' needs.

Very good experience as all my platforms I was not able to keep the platform due to other issues but the platform was great for any one that can afford the account.

Great for a start-up because they give you your first 50 customers for free. It alows you to orginise your entire buisness from sales, collections, route, and on and on and on.

The Geo-coding seems to be off for a handful of customers which sends our techs on the wrong route. The address is correct when typed into google but not when pulled up through pocomos.

Pocomos is already great and they are committed to continued growth and progress so they will only get better.

Currently there is nothing that I would consider a problem with Pocomos.

I really like the software and have invested many hours and dollars into the implementation of it. Hopefully they can fix some of the issues that would seem to be very easy fixes.

So it work with Google maps kind of, and then when you put a geo code in to make life easier. Nope it does not work and sends our techs to the wrong house.
