  • Pros

  • Some of the benefits that I found useful are listed below. It helps in tracking a number of tasks whether it is a new feature, an issue or bug or anything that requires some kind of tracking.
  • It's like an extra powerful ship, abundant in functions and features, that would bring you anywhere you like. For complex projects, it's probably a hidden weapon that decides about the win.
  • Cons

  • Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
  • We've had developers tell us that they hate JIRA because everything is just too confusing.
  • Pros

  • The ease of use, ability to automate, ease of access (no weird accounts or software downloads) and the ability to have a good pool of applicants within days.
  • JazzHR was very easy to use and navigate. I was able to select my top candidates and view their resumes directly on JazzHR.
  • Cons

  • The integration to our website is ugly, doesn't allow us to customize appearance and what not.
  • I would never recommend an ATS or any other product with such horrible customer service.
