Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Easy operations, great reporting. Do like that each employee has their own passcode to enter.

The auto breaks was a bit confusing and we had to try it out over a few weeks to understand and configure it to our needs.

My old time clock was on a computer that crashed and wasn't able to recover it or transfer it to another computer. This was the best quality for the price.
