Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

Overall experience is very nice with jira because of it's inclusive price & good features.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

Also the issue tracking system is awesome. I used other service desk solutions in the past but Jira is best among them.

It's great to have a single place where we can document epics/features/stories/tasks. It's a great integration with third-party tools like Git.

The fingerprint readers don't like dirty, oily, greasy fingers. Also, if we lose power it doesn't always find the source file on the network.

It would be a fine tool for a very small business or for accountability.

When I'm clocked in the clock out button could be highlighted or something like that so I can tell if I'm in or out for the day. This helps as you move between departments.

CSR does very quick and nice job to support and taking care of issues. Overall have good experience and will recommend it to every one.

Scanner does not work well or perform as it should. I have a difficult time with this system and I have had to go in and enter employee hours more often than the scanner has worked.

The biometric scanner is terrible. It does not work half the time and disconnects on a regular basis.

The product is exactly what I wanted and the price was great.

The ease of clocking in and out. We all love how easy it is to use, and the owners love that no one can clock someone else in or out.

The only con is the inability to customize the reporting layouts but that keeps the price down.

Installation and setup was fast and easy. Very user friendly for employee and administrator.

The application helps human resource (HR) managers calculate the accrued time of employees and generate summary reports for specific date ranges.
