Cons: Payroll issues: it happens sometimes, but not that much. Attendance issues: the system glitches a lot, it marks employee absents or changes their exceptions status. Compliance with Saudi laws only. Limited basic HR features. If you seek performance management, talent management, or recruitment, then look somewhere.
