The desktop (like your dashboard) has two different viewings, both can give you a great glimpse of where your jobs and candidates are at.

Sometimes the software is very slow- depending on the day you never know. This can be quite frustrating, but overall not a deal breaker.

They offer hands on support and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have a great approach to client service and their Helpdesk is efficient and effective.

From start to implementation it's been  a breeze. I have used 5 different recruitment software solutions and this is by far the best.

Ease of Use, Ample Integrations available for automation, candidate experience and hiring manager portal features are great. Integration to GSuite and social pages.

There is no hiring manager portal. The platform will not integrate with google calendar and it will not send calendar invites.

Pretty user friendly platform, all online so it is accessible wherever you are. Strong network of job board integration.

I like the ease of use and the ability to see and do more than one thing at a time.

Very disappointed with this unprofessional sales approach and has left me feeling very ordinary about how I may promote JobAdder.

This software is brilliant for all things recruitment.

If you don't need to integrate with UK Job Boards, JobAdder is a very good system.

It is very easy to configure. The product team is continually releasing helpful updates/feature enhancements to improve user experience.

Intuitive, easy to use and slick interface. Adding companies, adding candidates, logging calls and tasks, assigning to colleagues etc, all so easy.

The software is easy to use and has amazing functions that save a lot of time by inputting information. They have a great support team that gets back to you within minutes.

I use the candidate search on a regular basis, I find it saves me time searching for candidates with specific skills. Overall I think JobAdder is an excellent tool.

The customer support is nice and they try to be helpful with a very poor product.

Very poor UX and design. Feels very traditional and lacks modern features.

This is the worst of the solutions I've used and makes searching and recruiting hard.

I literally had to redo the entire process to change an offer if I sent it out incorrectly. It was missing an edit function.

I've had a great experience with Taleo and being able to manage new Associates through the new hire process has been easier since implementing.

Taleo is overpriced but you do get what you pay for.

Loved the ease of use for all users. Very easy to train new users and self explanatory as far as navigation.

Best ATS with Great features. Very helpful to release the offer and maintaining the database of the candidates.

The ease of use was my favorite thing it had going for it. It took a little time to get used to but now it's a breeze.

Auto-fill is sometimes inaccurate or missing information. Some more work could be done to make this process more intuitive.

It is very functional, excellent price, easy to use, easy to learn, it is great to work with it.

Taleo was the first ATS I used and I thought it was very easy to learn the ins and outs.

Apparently, many people, even more mid-high level people are tired of this nonsense. The result is that they just won't use Taleo.

Lack of social media integration and forward thinking. Still Recruiter centric, not candidate centric.

Implementation can be confusing if you don’t have professional services.

Having things like our background check service integrated is great.

Some of the terms are confusing (fill vs hold vs cancelling a req) and teaching these to new users is difficult.

This should have been set up from the start. It's very difficult and costly to implement new features in the system w/out an IT ATS wizard on your team.

I like the features and customization Taleo offers.

While I do not use this product daily, I can say that when I have used it my experiences have been fairly positive. It is easy to use and navigate, I have found it to be intuitive and easy to learn.

TOO much information can actually make the product clunky and a little difficult to use. It can be overwhelming VERY quickly.

If you get the right package, you have a pretty awesome program.

The tech support is the worst I've ever encountered, we have to use a consultant on a regular basis, always an issue with a user having to switch browsers to watch a course.

Needs an integration with payroll. Not the easiest software to deal with (it's Oracle...).

Maintenance is generally very easy. Great Taleo community to share best practices.

The options are limited as to why candidates are not selected when sorting through profiles.

We were able to really make it work well for our business and integrate it with a lot of our other systems outside of Taleo for a more seamless experience for new Associates.
