Pros/Cons
Pros
- This is a HUGE time saver. I know that when I reach out to Job Diva, I can almost always know I will receive the best care in a timely manner which is so appreciated.
- Overall experience is great and very easy to use and nice interface and the best thing is homepage where you can see every option.
- Overall my experience is good; I would recommend this product to anyone using a CRM tool; it is very comprehensive and even has functions that I have not yet uncovered, and I am a 5+ year user.
Cons
- Sometimes will randomly freeze, but it is in frequent. Makes you hate all other ATS's.
- Also, instead of entering in bill rates and pay rates for reg and OT, it should just be auto calculated. There is too much room for human error.
- Sometimes it gets stuck, sometimes i get performance lag for the beginner's.
Pros
- An easy to use applicant tracking system which I would say is one of the best in the world, amazing and clear documentation.
- Zoho HR is easy to use with good customization. It offers a good referral scheme that encourages staff to be involved in the recruitment process.
- The staff are fantastic offering brilliant support and genuine solutions to the problems we present.
Cons
- I am still using the trial version and found that there was no integration with dropbox. I may be wrong and might know more when I explore a bit more.
- There is always a problem in the integration of this software with Microsoft Office 365 Outlook.
- So far there is nothing that i have seen that i feel is a disadvantage since i am just trying it, maybe after a prolonged trial run.
