### Pros

"Some useful aspects of Jobvite include the Requisition tab which is very intuitive and has search options you can refine (freeform search field, company, locations, department, requisition type, etc.), I also enjoy how it has the recruiter and hiring manager names on the job postings and an easy way to see what jobs you can send a "Jobvite for"."

"Using Jobvite is a bit like exploring a high-tech hiring hub it’s filled with good features that make recruitment more efficient, but it also comes with a learning curve and challenges that new user may take time and high effort to learn the whole process."

"I enjoy having an internal platform to leverage to search for internal job openings and send referral invitations to external applicants!"
