Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love this software because it is easy to use and manage the recruiting processes of the company. Very helpful to us.

  • easy to use, customizations, good customer support

  • Cons

  • Job Vite provides the customer support through a artificial AI ,where you need to type in your issues in to the chatbox which gets annoying sometimes

  • The user interface need some tweaks to make it more user friendly. The user experience is good but can be improved for sure.

  • Pros

  • I like the fact it can do pretty much anything you need it to do.

  • I like how everything is neatly organized and easy to find. I also like how you can customize your screen to show only what you need to avoid screen clutter.

  • Cons

  • Cost per user was a but high, but understandable.

  • Call center implementation is very expensive, but you also get what you pay for. More recently there are bugs of users numbers not routing correctly.
