Schnell und einfach, große Reichweite

Pros

Ich muss nur eine Stellenanzeige hochladen und kriege von mehreren Webseiten Bewerber. Besonders als ein noch relativ kleines StartUp war es sehr hilfreich und wir konnten tolle Mitarbeiter finden ohne zu viel Zeit reinzuinvestieren.

Cons

Wir wollten es anfangs mit unserem HR Tool kombinieren, damit alle Bewerbungen direkt da rein gehen und dort verwaltet werden können. Leider erwies sich es als komplizierter und somit haben wir es sein lassen. Jedoch war das kein großes Problem, weil die Bewerber bequem auch über Join verwaltet werden konnten.
