New technology with real data to make real decisions.
Easy to use and insightful. There is no other technology I’ve seen like this

Assasement and selection process is easier
In order to staff our available positions as quickly as possible, we rely on this online interviewing program. It's easier now to assess hundreds of people for a particular role than previously. JopurneyFront has made it much more straightforward to submit a single evaluation to many prospects. And we may do so whenever it's convenient for us.
CONSWhen there are more than eight questions, you may feel that the test takes a lengthy time to complete, especially if your network connection is slow. This, nevertheless, is not a significant issue.

Great customer service
Great service and an easy implementation process.
PROSThe customer service and partnership I received was top notch. They worked with us throughout implementation. Although I did not get to see the implementation through to completion, it was a pleasure working with that team.
CONSBecause I was only working with the software through the majority of implementation, I did not get to see it in action. So I cannot speak to that performance.
Reasons for switching to Journeyfront
The previous software we used lacked in analytics and depth.
