New technology with real data to make real decisions.

Easy to use and insightful. There is no other technology I’ve seen like this

PROS

Provides great insights to make real time bring decisions and helps you make critical hiring decisions. Along with that software is not just for hiring but also for improving employee experience and insights into what makes an employee successful

CONS

So far I have not had any cons. The app is great.

Assasement and selection process is easier

PROS

In order to staff our available positions as quickly as possible, we rely on this online interviewing program. It's easier now to assess hundreds of people for a particular role than previously. JopurneyFront has made it much more straightforward to submit a single evaluation to many prospects. And we may do so whenever it's convenient for us.

CONS

When there are more than eight questions, you may feel that the test takes a lengthy time to complete, especially if your network connection is slow. This, nevertheless, is not a significant issue.

Great customer service

Great service and an easy implementation process.

PROS

The customer service and partnership I received was top notch. They worked with us throughout implementation. Although I did not get to see the implementation through to completion, it was a pleasure working with that team.

CONS

Because I was only working with the software through the majority of implementation, I did not get to see it in action. So I cannot speak to that performance.

Reasons for switching to Journeyfront

The previous software we used lacked in analytics and depth.

Great Recruiting Software

PROS

I learned about Journeyfront this last week, and met with many of their team members. I was impressed with their professionalism. They help companies find the right hires, and when you have them, they help maintain those teams. The software and reporting looks clean and simple.

CONS

I thought about this in detail. I would like to use Journeyfront more in order to really understand the software better. At this point, I'm all Pros!

The dashboards they were awesome and the reporting after taking the assessments was sweet.

CONS

The navigation was a little hard to figure out at first but once I figured it out it was easy.

This is easy to use software is a must for any company who needs to hire and sift through the weeds.

Journeyfront Review

Innovative technology, easy to use, and great service.

PROS

First off I want to say that the JourneyFront team is very professional and easy to work with. Their technology takes the guesswork and worry out of hiring the right people, which is an enormous help when you have literally hundreds of candidates to review and analyze.

CONS

So far, none! Software is great and easy to use.
