They are constantly evolving and rolling out more benefits to their customers. In addition, their customer support is some of the best I've experienced.

The ability to use the large group buying power of a PEO to have a combination of better choice of benefits at a lower cost was really a huge win.

We switched from SquareUp (which was a complete headache with terrible customer service) and I just wished we had started out using JustWorks from the very beginning.

The QuickBooks integration is great as is the GPS tracking - really important to know that your employees are actually where they say they are.

I love that i can reach my rep immediately and if he is not in the office then someone else takes over and answers very quickly.

It is a good platform, it has many good solution inside. But they are so much closed for small world of clients and cant see the world outside.

They have lost notes on candidates, canceled interviews for no reason, and lock hiring managers out of seeing the candidates notes, so you ALWAYS need to double your work to cover your butt.

Lack of a mobile app for applicant reviewers/trackers is a gap.

They raised their rates and hadn't upgraded the product. I have complained, begged, asked nicely, screamed, and nothing has changed.

First, the customer service team is amazing. They are responsive, friendly, and completely willing to take the time to understand any issues, and to see them through to conclusion.

There are very few pros for this ATS. There are better options available for a lot less money.
