It's easy to learn, easy to Navigate and best of all easy on the budget. The cost doesn't even compare to other software that is comparable to Hyrell that I have seen.

Cons:  If your company operates in multiple locations applicants WILL apply to the wrong  location from time to time.

It is easy to use and Hyrell is responsive to questions. Most importantly, we have acquired some fantastic talent through the site.

I was a little skeptical at first, but after my first time using their tools I was sold.

Hyrell was very flexibility for job postings and functionality for small business. Very helpful to develop a good job board, best feature was the automation of job postings to national job boards.

We were forced to centralize all our HR processes into 1 software, which is why we had to cancel our services.

It has easy implementation and usability, while still providing comprehensive reporting. It provides strong integration with other vendors to provide a one-stop recruitment/hiring/onboarding tool.

Ease of use is important, but content management is the most important part.

The formatting can be weird when trying to access the candidates' resumes.

Pros: ease of use, design, customer service. Cons: doesn't integrate with our payroll system.

When we had checked out other companies with hiring software, the systems seemed complex and hard to navigate, and they charged you for any additional features that you wanted to add.

The pro's are the ease of use, the wide exposure it gives our company, and the reasonable cost. I like the virtual interview piece and I love the community library feature.

Firstly, the customer service of this company is superb. Whenever I have a question or concern, I get a quick and extremely helpful response.

I am pleased with the ease of the website on the administrative side. With just a few clicks our prospective candidates can go to our website and see all the career opportunities.

Hyrell is an amazing program with an even better staff I would definitely recommend it to other businesses.

If sorting/filtering is not easy to use, too much time is wasted going through applicants, only to find a few that match what we're looking for.

It's very cost-effective for small to midsize companies, and great customer support.

I love BrightPays ability to be integrated into other CRM platforms.

Simple to use, the level of Customer Service is fantastic and very cost effective for small businesses such as Spenart.

Easy set up, good support, great functionality, good reporting and payslip production, good employee database.

Another benefit is that it emails PDF payslips all at once. Integrates with HMRC for RTI, and also for coding notices which is great.

A comprehensive software that is simple to use. As a small employer, I think this is an excellent product and it is provided free of charge until you have more than three employees.

The guilt feeling I get from being a small user and not having to pay for the program.

Bright pay is an easy to use payroll software. It covers auto enrolment for pensions and statutory payments and provides vey good and helpful customer support and an easy to read online help page.

I use the one-company free version and for free it is absolutely brilliant. I find it very easy and intuitive to use (especially as I am not a payroll expert).

Less description and I never found it useful. Auto Enrolment function is not straight forward, most of the time so get error message for unsuccessful submissions.

This will discourage the customers to directly contact their area managers and wasting their time. Customers can provide feedback and acknowledgment of their tickets.

Some years later I am very happy to report that BrightPay fully does the job, is easy to use, and are happy to answer any questions one might have.

I have recommended this product because of great customer service and ease of use,  having switched from sage some three years ago, and my friends are now using it and thank me all the time.

I initially talked to some of the BrightPay staff at a seminar for bookkeepers and they were very helpful; I've only had to contact the helpline once during conversion and they were brilliant.

I like the help from BrightPay which can be found on their website and I have emailed for assistance and this has been a clear quick response both times.

Having used HMRC's own system for a number of years (and I found it absolutely dreadful), I decided to bit the bullet and make the switch.

And best of all was the price, we have saved hundreds of pounds over the last few years thanks to this great software.
