Kelio fait véritablement partie de mon quotidien et de celui de nos collaborateurs, il permet de gréer efficacement le suivi des telos et les différentes fonctionnalités liées au pointage, mais nous avons également développer d'autres modules comme celui des notes de frais ou le controle d'accès, avec toujours autant de succès ! #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros Très satisfaite du système de pointage Kelio. It is very flexible in terms of clocking staff in & out (via biometrics or swipe card); and managing schedules and rotas. #### Cons The system integrates with nothing. No modern ATS/CRM for input - and doesn't pass out to payroll / Sage etc. Customer Support is minimal. If you can get hold of them it is unusual to find a rep that can fix your issue without needing to escalate. Other key features of this system are real-time reporting and remarkable insight into the data about your workforce for better decisions. #### Cons Even though it was not a personal problem, a very critical drawback when it comes to Kelio is the initial setup and learning curve.
