Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very feature rich. Great customer support. Interfacing with other systems is very good. Good documentation on community site.

  • This software is excellnet and a very good tool for huge companies, this product is easy to use once your accumulated with it, I also like that it has a mobile application

  • Cons

  • It is very expensive and requires Java applet updates all the time which I hate doing. Other than that the hardware and software is great.

  • The scheduling assistant can be a pain. It's good when it works but having to manually enter everyones hours instead of the computer being able to read a schedule is a big time suck.

  • Pros

  • The product is awesome. It is very easy to use and the transition from our old payroll system to Optimum is very seamless. It was pretty simple and straight forward. Support team is very helpful.

  • Customer service is very good. The reps are very personable and knowledgeable.

  • Cons

  • Some things are a little confusing, but they have great customer support, so if you are willing to ask for help, they can usually clear up issues.

  • I maybe like how the report formatter work the least in my opinion.
