Pros/Cons
Pros
- Good ye Excel tables thank you LeaveDates. Excellent app and best value I found on a user/month cost basis.
- Super user-friendly and easy to use. Overall interface is great and easy to use and categorise across all different functions and teams in the organisation.
- The thing i most like about LeaveDates is the ease of access and how reliable it is.
Cons
- I am unable to enter leave between two years for example i was able to enter my leave from the 18 of December to the 17 of January. Not sure if i dint understand something but i was not able to do it.
- Occasionally, the leave you applied is off the calendar, causing some confusion.
- Revolutionised our way of tracking leave and sickness.
Pros
- I was thrilled with the ease of use. I spent more time filling out this review than I did enrolling in the benefits.
- Rippling makes dealing with employee management easy and fun. I very much enjoyed the streamlined nature of the product and how easy it is to understand.
- It is very easy to use and the features and tools it offers are superb and easily understood by the user. It is a Great product at a very decent price.
Cons
- This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.
- Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.
- Probably more of our problem, but the birthdays are not up to date.
