LightWork Talent Management is a web-based talent management system designed to help organizations with employee performance tracking and goal setting. LightWork integrates with all Human Resources systems and is available to companies in all industries that have at least 51 employees. 

LightWork assists in identifying employee strengths as well as areas of improvement. Through the template library feature, users can create customizable appraisals and criteria templates in order to provide feedback to employees. LightWork analytics allow users to see a visual representation of where employees’ appraisals sit in the organization. Managers can also view employees’ scores on competencies as an individual and as an organization.

The “My Team” feature allows managers to view information of team members from one central location, including demographic data, employee pictures, and performance information. All employees within an organization can define individual goals of a professional or personal nature. Other features include journals, appointments, phrase selector, and word check.

A great program that matched our budget

Pros

It's easier now for us to better evaluate and track performance, rather than using a Word document which is what we had prior.

Cons

Support could be a little quicker to complete a ticket, but everyone we've worked with has been open, helpful, and very responsive.

It had everything we wanted

Pros

We can add people to it easily, it allows for dual supervisors, it integrates with our HRMS software and the price fit our budget nicely.

Cons

I wish the product guide was a little more thorough. Maybe with items that showed the process of appraisals.

Would recommend!

Since using PerformancePam our supervisors now have everything at their fingertips. The convenience and simplicity of how it integrates with HRMS software is extremely helpful! PAM Review

We were looking at three different options, and PerformancePAM gave us the most bang for our buck

Paris Review of PAM

PerformancePAM's user-friendly, web-based program is what piqued the most interest.

Pros

The transition from training to going live has gone extremely well due to on-demand training videos, manuals, and the responsive support team.
The support team has been wonderful. The technical consultants have been exceptional and communicate easy to understand instructions.

Cons

There was some work up front, but it was good work, because it gave me a chance to dissect all of our positions and really hone in on KPIs and responsibilities, getting us back to the basics of each position.
