LightWork Time is a time and attendance solution designed for companies with single or multiple locations and remote employees. Time can be entered via desktop punch, kiosk punch, or biometric/swipe time clock. On-premise and cloud-based deployments are available.
Several time entry options are offered, and they can be configured to suit different companies' needs and organization levels. LightWork can integrate with other human resource (HR) management systems, payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
HR staff can view employee information such as demographic data, employee pictures, names and attendance through a central dashboard. Reports such as current time sheets, time sheet by paycode, and in/out time can be run as needed. The software is compatible with mobile and desktop devices.
