Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • It’s very easy to use and to create a good pipeline. It’s also very good because we have the possibility to send message even if you’re not connected with a potential candidate.
  • Overall, my experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is great. This is definitely a must-have recruiting software if you want to reach out to top talents.
  • Great tool when searching for specific roles. Other roles where there is a bit of looking "in the grey" it is hard to distinguish good from great.
  • Cons

  • Can be glitchy - will occasionally freeze / delay execution, which can be confusing and frustrating.
  • Navigating LinkedIn Recruiter, searching for candidates and creating projects may find it a bit difficult for first time users. Also, there's no way for you to filter candidates based on work permits.
  • That many of the candidates who are on the network are not actively updating their professional profiles, which often makes it difficult for searchers to be accurate.

  • Pros

  • QPage is so easy to use and helpful. I love the pipeline and being able to add assessments and emails that will go out automatically when a candidate reaches a certain step.
  • It has everything for small businesses to do recruiting easily. The UI is beautiful, easy to use, and pleasant.
  • It is easy to set up, well built, has a nice clean design, has an intuitive AI, and is good for managing new job posts.
  • Cons

  • The CV import feature is still a bit immature in that CV's with non standard layouts (such as with sidebars etc) can confuse the software and it imports the wrong information.
  • The platform is still in the early introduction stages and lacks customization. The recruiting process is hard to.cuatomize and I found it difficult to create custom notifications.
  • Unfortunately I feel I can't use the platform until I'm able to edit these emails or turn them off, but once that is fixed, I am anxious to continue to use QPage for my recruiting.
