Quite a simple interface, but seems like it could do with a UI refresh to use the screen space more effectively. #### Cons There is a bit of lag in the interface, sometimes resulting in confusion when moving candidates through the stages. The interface to click through to see / download candidate info is tabbed, rather than having all the info downloadable with one click. The Social tab doesn't seem to auto-extract social links from candidate resumes. However, when you go to fix the error, there isn't one. They said to go on and just redo it anyway. Didn't work, I sent a video. They said unpublish it, and then repost it, didn't work, sent a video. they said, to go in and change something, didn't work, sent a video. this has been repeated process for a very long time - now they want me to go in and reconfigure each job and each job board manually and it didn't work. I asked them to do it for me as I do not get paid to troubleshoot their platform and I hadn't been able to post any jobs yet. When they parse the name, they do the full name and do not separate first from last. You have to do that manually. If you send an email to a candidate, it will say; Hi, first and last name. I've asked for the fix over and over, and you would think it would be easy to resolve. Also, the interface itself is bland. It has a clean interface and they are always adding updates. #### Cons It has horrible search functionality. The social media AI doesn't work at all. The support team never responds. We were audited and we needed all our data and to get our data, Manatal said it would cost us $900 to download our data. The software runs smoothly with very few bugs, and managing the pipeline is straightforward. It's also easy to integrate with platforms we use daily, like LinkedIn. Last but least, the customer is there whenever you need it. #### Cons There’s a built-in refresh button, but I find using the browser’s refresh more intuitive. There is also a feature wherein you can directly email the applicants in each stage of their application (there's a template which can be edited). The price is affordable and is worth for all the features I used. #### Cons The reporting is the least feature I like about this software as it does not really show the analytics I am looking for. But it shows the basic data. The support team was very responsive if we had any questions. This allowed us to focus on recruitment from the start and not on learning new software. There are a lot of tools that improve efficiency like the mass resume import and parsing, social media enrichment, a custom resume generator, integration with Gmail/Calendar to name a few. #### Cons I would have loved to see SMS communications included but this is not a common feature anyway in recruiting software, especially in this price range. #### Vendor response We're happy that you love Manatal! There are a lot of ways for improvement which I already mentioned in the Cons section. ATS (applicant tracking system) helps to save plenty of time. The one-click job posting feature seems great, besides easy sharing to various social media is not time-consuming. The support team is friendly, responds quickly, and solves the issues. The in-built CRM allowed focusing on recruitment from the start till the end of the hiring procedure. The candidate score system is cool to judge without going through their profile. #### Cons It would have been great if they'd increase the limits of their Professional package, right now they offer only 15 job postings per month which aren't enough for mid-level recruiting organizations. Besides, you can't upload more than 1000 candidates at once which seems a drawback to me. They should include an in-built SMS notification feature both for the applicants and recruiters within their existing package keeping the price the same as it is. #### Vendor response Hello Mahbub, thank you so much for reviewing Manatal! Everything takes only a few clicks, and even the resume parsing is completed in only a few seconds. In addition, they provide excellent customer service. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and they're more than happy to assist you. #### Cons The Manatal team has just introduced a mass emailing tool.
