On day, without any notice, my credits (prepayments) were expired. I was then told I had to purchase 5x my annual use to renew. I literally had 6 students waiting to take the exam so I had to immediately find a new solution. Mettl rep made no attempt to return my credits or extend my time. It is a very easy tool. if there is any error in template even the error file gets downloaded and helps us to rectify or identify where the error is. Overall I have created couple of Assessments and shared to candidates. It can help screen from a large number of candidates to a shorter list. That being said, online assessments cannot serve as a replacement for face to face interviews, as it would lack many other aspects of evaluating the candidate. Another pattern I found is that, candidates were upset about more rounds of interviews.
