The thing I like the most is the ease with which I can manage my time.

A bit hard to use the navigation, features, role assigning.

It's very user friendly, with a nice design that is very intuitive and easy to use. It encourages you to leave a feedback for your colleagues and help them with their professional development.

Also, I really like the feature that allows me to give kudos for my teammates whenever I feel so, and share this with people form other teams.

Most of all I like the ease with which users can access the application and the fact that everything is intuitive.

I like reading the kudos that my colleagues share and also, I like to share my appreciation whenever I feel like one of my teammates or my team needs to be reminded how awesome they are.

I could not say I thought about something missing.

I don't feel like anything is missing from this software.

The fact that all documents are uploaded in a single place makes them hard to find sometimes.

I love how easy Opensimsim is to use ...and how quick the response to questions are. Great service all around.

Sometimes log in process is complicated if you forget your credentials. It is a hassle to figure out what email/phone/user you used etc if its forgotten.

We have found this product to be very user friendly and easy for our staff to update and communicate through. Highly recommend you try it.

It is fairly customizable. I think it will have great potential later if we choose to integrate our payroll software.

It is a little confusing to know who you are answering in a message & it will sometimes post the wrong picture  on the persons message.

After trying out several different scheduling apps, I was recommended OpenSimSim and it was by far the easiest and most effective app I have worked with. Their customer service is exceptional.

Unable to edit employees availability. The switching shifts is sort of confusing on the admin end.

The functionality of the computer website is awful compared to the mobile browser. Many of the features I did not know how to access for the first month of using the product.

I looked at software that is more streamed to what we use it for, but the response from support was pathetic so I stayed with SimSim.

Super user friendly, very simple to use. Love the options of reserved availability along with offering shifts and time off requests.

I love the ease of the app. I love adding shift opportunities and staff being able to request time off, drop shifts and pick up shifts as they wish.

Ease of use, ease of setup, setup is organized and clear, love that it notifies my staff when I publish a schedule and is integrated with phone platforms/has an app.

I also like the ease of requesting time off. I really love the feature of reminding me when my shift starts.

The only problem is that the employee's can block a day or more on there own ,, that becomes a problem.

It was super easy to setup, super easy to connect my staff to it and eliminated so many scheduling frustrations I had been dealing with.
