  • Pros

  • The thing I like the most is the ease with which I can manage my time.
  • It's very user friendly, with a nice design that is very intuitive and easy to use. It encourages you to leave a feedback for your colleagues and help them with their professional development.
  • Cons

  • A bit hard to use the navigation, features, role assigning.
  • I could not say I thought about something missing.

  • We recently added the recruitment module and that has been very helpful for our recruiting and compliance efforts. Customer support is very prompt and helpful.
  • I no longer have to handle my payroll which makes it much easier to conduct and run my business. Given the pricing and strong customer support, it has been a welcome addition to our processes.
  • Cons

  • This is probably also a lack of knowledge on my part.
  • As a recent new user of this software it is hard to define any true cons that could not be attributed to my own user error or inexperience at this point.
