The thing I like the most is the ease with which I can manage my time.

A bit hard to use the navigation, features, role assigning.

It's very user friendly, with a nice design that is very intuitive and easy to use. It encourages you to leave a feedback for your colleagues and help them with their professional development.

Also, I really like the feature that allows me to give kudos for my teammates whenever I feel so, and share this with people form other teams.

Most of all I like the ease with which users can access the application and the fact that everything is intuitive.

I like reading the kudos that my colleagues share and also, I like to share my appreciation whenever I feel like one of my teammates or my team needs to be reminded how awesome they are.

I could not say I thought about something missing.

I don't feel like anything is missing from this software.

The fact that all documents are uploaded in a single place makes them hard to find sometimes.

I like the way we interact as a team, supporting each other, but also having fun when someone celebrates something. I also like the transparency of the days off that each colleague has.

A great way to stay in touch with your remote team. It is helping us to don't forget to say Kudos to the teammates and to ask for help when we are not in the office.

I think it still has some problems with the Leave of Absence calendar, the filters are not sufficient and not functioning well.

I cannot pin point something I dont like at the moment, however I would suggest reminders via email maybe.

Is very useful for the simplicity of the procedures that saves time in HR as a great ally.

I think some improvements can be made: adding an emergency contact person, grouping the hours that you work in advance and the recovered hours.

Payroll processing and everything in one place. I liked how it was set up when we had one dedicated representative.

Sentric is a pretty good HRIS system. When it comes to employee self-service, it is intuitive and easy to use.

Not able to integrate with other HR Software, No Onboarding and no areas to confidentially store personnel file information.

The customer support is quick and responsive, and I get connected with the right person to help me every time. And on top of all of that, Sentric keeps improving and developing their software.

You can run a lot of reports, but sometimes the reports are wrong. In Sentric you cant date stuff in the future which can be a little annoying.

I really like the ease of use and the incredible support. Our rep solves issues quickly and with great ease.

The payroll journal entry (to import into our G/L)  is also a problem area. Payroll reports are not very customizable.

Sentric is a fabulous choice for ease of use and integration.

The search and filter capabilities are a positive. The integrated time system and additional functionality of the upgraded time software is much better than what we had before.

The Sentric HR team were great to work with, fully supportive and helpful in guiding the transition and providing training. The system itself is easy to use and very intuitive for employees.

Has all the basics for a small to medium business. Customer Services is very responsive and the price is fantastic compared to other tools.

Overall, this is the most comprehensive, yet user friendly, HRIS/Payroll system available.
