A fabulous business tool and one we could not do our daily business without now.
Its a necessary business tool which links our values to our behaviours and measures the success of our organisation in living these.
PROSIts ease of use along with the support we get from Thanksbox. I really like the fact that the recognition can be linked or not to the reward system. Just a great business tool.
CONSI could not fault it in any way. Every time we have had an opportunity to improve it 'Thanksbox' are right there beside us to make the upgrade.

Easy to use, easy to implement, great support from a passionate team. It does what it says it does!
ThanksBox is simple and easy to use, even for those of us (i.e. me) who are digitally challenged! It provides information in an easy to understand and intuitive format e.g. I can open the App and start using it without any training. It takes me a few moments to thank a colleague and because the app is aligned to organisational values it means users can see at a glance a pictorial view of which values and behaviours are lived the most. The software is a great way of keeping our vales 'live' rather than just words in a leaflet. The app has a function for sharing messages of appreciation with other staff which is a good way to remind each other of the positive things which happen every day which is a bonus when having a bad day. Behind the scenes the analytics has helped me work out where to focus energy and action to embed our values and it continues to be a great source of information for deciding what action to take . The team at ThanksBox are highly responsive, helpful, friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble which made implementation an enjoyable process. They are great problem solvers and are passionate about ThanksBox. What also sets the team at ThanksBox aside from other experiences I've had of implementing a change is the help provided by the team in the early stages continues after implementation. I highly recommend the ThanksBox software and the team who support its implementation.
CONSInitially we didn't use a modern enough web browser so the ThanksBox team had to make all sorts of adjustments to make it work for us. Since implementation the organisation's IT dept has upgraded the web browser for all users which has addressed the issue some users had when trying to open the software.

Mo - a platform that has improved engagement across the company
I like that it is quite easy to use and get to grips with, I think the reporting side works quite well and it is easy to move and see people. I like that it is personable with birthdays/ pictures/ questions and bios for each employee. I like the fact that employees can also recognise good efforts amongst each other and thank each other for a job well done. The support team are always very handy and have responded to my questions in a short time frame, they are always on hand and willing to provide information or show you how to do this.They also offer good work instructions making the system easy to use and follow.
CONSIf the email address has been used in another organisation but suspended it makes it hard to add someone new as support are required to step in. Refunds aren't automatically added to the account when an employee leaves with money in their account. This is a manual process completed by the consumer.

The ultimate engagement tool
It has become the pivotal tool in driving and developing the culture we're trying to build. It has allowed me to deliver so much more than I could before and offer a much greater employee experience because of it's functionality. It was able to absorb all previous schemes we had in place whilst offering a wealth of new ones at the same time and it's made my life so much easier.
PROSIt's saved so much of my time as an employee engagement lead. With everything housed internally and automated. The reporting is great, the live feed really helps to drive engagement and culture, the internal store closes the loop and it's super easy to manage budgets and users in it. But the list could go on and on.
CONSMo are constantly developing and improving the platform. they also take on feedback really well, are keen to listen, learn and develop. On top of that they act incredibly quickly when things go wrong. Their customer support is so impressive and it's been a pleasure working with them.

A great variety of rewards!

I like that it gives employees the opportunity to thank their co-workers, and those that work hard are rewarded for it.
CONSI think the mobile app could be better, I am unable to log in on the mobile app currently.

Thanksbox has completely changed the culture of recognition at this firm.

CONSNone - any issues we had were ironed out with regular group meetings to ensure Thanksbox was right for us.

Mo review
Very good platform and enjoy using it
PROSGreat way to get the team interactive post covid when the majority of the team work from home its a nice way to be able to give back to someone in a way we previously couldn't in a from home capacity.
CONSA member of my team wasn't aware about the e- gift cards and was unsure how to cash out the money therefore maybe a guided view of mo when first used would be handy.

Great way to show appreciation
Since using Mo it has been so straight forward and easy to use.
PROSMo is so easy to navigate and use to thank colleagues for their hard work, help and support.along with being able to submit ideas and nominate colleagues it is the complete package.Redeeming your credit is simple and quick and the app makes it easy when you are at the shop and not claimed the credit yet.The one time I've needed to contact support vis chat to change my email was was a breath of fresh air , easy & efficient, simply great customer service.More companies should take advantage of this platform, keep up the great work
CONSto be honest I cant find anything in my time of using, it does what its designed too, cant complain about that

Brilliant. I think it's a great tool for any company to have
PROSI love that I can use Mo to show a colleague how much I appreciate a piece of work they have done, as a way of saying thank you and that someone has done a great job. It's a great tool to boost confidence and show appreciation
CONSI would prefer to have an option to gift £2.50 instead of £2.00 as it would be easier to ensure I can spend my £10 monthly allowance

Great Site!
I have used Mo to both reward colleagues and receive rewards. It is very easy to use and the rewards are easily redeemed.
PROSThe site itself is very easy to use and there is a vast array of options to use your rewards!
CONSIt can be difficult to navigate when you first start using the site, however, there are walk throughs and once you are used to the platform, it becomes very easy to use.

If your looking a HR Platform then Implementing this a no brainer.
I've worked alongside the Thanksbox team initially with feedback on the product early stages now they have expanded and grown considerably, I've been consulting onboard large team onto the platform. A great product with multiple method of communicating and listening to your employees. Big thumbs up!
PROSThe multiple layers / avenues you have to communicate with Employees.
CONSLive chat with support would be helpful. However not vital :)

Mo' Recognition is the Way Forward!
Great, easy to use tool which allows any managers and peers alike to provide recognition to other members of the business. Getting a Mo can be a real boost to motivation.
CONSI am unable to send reward and recognition to people outside of my wider business area/function.

Very good and use it every month at least
PROSThat I can choose who to reward and by how much. Also that I can limit who sees the Moment as some colleague may not want a Mo to be visible to all
CONSThe section to reward colleagues could be highlighted better as it is just shown by an icon and if you are new to Mo you wouldn't know where it is or how to do it intuitively.
