I spent a fair share of time evaluating other tools and Mooncamp made the best impression, by far. Usually my team members start to moan every time we decide to introduce a new tool.

Might update my review in the future, but for now I don't see anything that I dislike, especially compared to other tools in the market.

At the beginning, I was a little confused because the tool does a lot of automatic saving. I did not see this behavior before in business software.

The integrations of Mooncamp and its UI convinced us (especially Microsoft Teams for OKRs).

Most tools we evaluated did not have this integration. Also, other integrations like Excel or Asana make it easy to automatically update your goals, so I don't have to do the manual work each time.

Mooncamp provides a very holistic overview of everyone's goals, which helps with the organization's strategy planning. I also like that the UI is very similar to Notion's, so it felt familiar.

They have a steady interest to improve the tool with a clear user-centric approach, they are also quite fast with implementing changes.

However, I tested extensively and used it a bit for myself and was really happy with the functionalities that are super easy to use through the clear UI. I really like the friendly but plain design.

Maybe because new features are released so often, sometimes you miss new functionalities that change a bit the behavior of the things that you used before.

The application is really easy to use, intuitive and has powerful search capability. Really like how simple the dashboard is and the overall design of the application is really appealing to the eye.

I loved the simplicity and straightforwardness of the tool.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

Excellent product, great features and functionality for paid subscribers, integrates well with other platforms.

It makes it so easy to choose a template and edit the questions. I also love the layout of the results - they are easy to read at a glance and are formatted great.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
