"I love the reminders, the ability to recognize anyone in my organization and the data it provides when I review who I recognized and how long ago. "

"The best part about Motivosity, which is probably obvious, is the ability to thank your coworkers, leaders, subordinates, those in dotted line relationships, etc. for a wide variety of things with or without the Bucks."

"The ability to add a Swag Store with our company logo on a variety of items was great, as well as the ability to add customized surveys for our new hires at various intervals. "

"An additional issue we had was that one of our team members doesn't celebrate their birthday and all of a sudden motivosity was announcing birthdays on our auto-sync slack and took a bit to figure out how to not announce."

"Could be on the client side but a lot of the features seem to not work properly, and it takes a while for the support team to make fixes."

"Funding the account is also a pain point for us, it takes too long for deposited funds to become available."
