In one word: appalling. The fact that they could first put us out of compliance with payroll laws, then offer no immediate remedy (for weeks), and on top of that have be so difficult to use on their platform, unclear in their paystubs, and conflicting in their communication via their website and emails, is something I have never seen from an HR/Finance provider in my career to date. As a manager of affected employees, the financial strain this placed on them was unprecedented, and the response from Multiplier was totally lacking. We were lucky to be able to take emergency measures and communicate to avoid immediate staff losses, but I cannot speak any lower of Multipliers service to us.

This is absolutely the worst! I’m beyond frustrated at this point. I really wish we could go back to our old EOR.
