  • Pros

  • I can see my days off, my benefits, my salary, and my paychecks. This is very important for me and makes it easy to know where to find things.
  • What I like most is the ease of use for our employees. It is a very intuitive system to use and an employee's profile, performance management, PTO and onboarding tasks are visible to them.
  • Cons

  • This makes it difficult if someone has a sick day to account for it on their time-card.
  • We have had difficulty with the Namely Time feature, it gets confusing for employees and sometimes there are issues with information syncing between the two systems.

  • It offers all the necessary features at a fraction of the cost of the options. I love the location tracking features and the reporting.
  • IF your willing to invest some time to set up the app it can be super helpful and make time tracking pretty much fool proof. Integration with Quickbooks was super easy.
  • Cons

  • Every once in a while the screen will refresh (might be my fault) and I'll loose what I've written.
  • Can be difficult to request time off. No Am and Pm have to change it yourself.
