On top of that it has be so useful as our business and number of employees has grown significantly over the last couple of years. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros I think what I like most about Nectar is how well it fits my specific role within the company. Since a large part of my position involves building morale and encouraging staff involvement, Nectar gives me the ability to manage and promote so many of those things all in one place. For example, I can create challenges, give feedback, recognize and reward staff for volunteering, and easily track all of that information within the platform. It makes it much easier to keep everything organized while also encouraging staff engagement. #### Cons One minor issue I’ve noticed is on the administrative side, where certain information on employees’ profiles, such as birthdays, can be hidden from admins. There have been times when I’ve found out after the fact that someone’s birthday information was not visible to me. From an admin perspective, I think it would be helpful to have certain criteria or information that employees are required to make visible to admins for company-related purposes. I know that others at my company have difficulty logging in, but this is not the case for me. #### Reasons for switching to Nectar My previous employer used AwardCo, and my new employer uses Nectar. I previously had access to the U.S. catalog, which had many more stores and gift card options.
