It is a great way to make a simple shout out turn into a tangible reward. In addition to being able to recognize anyone at any time, challenges are also offered as a way to earn Nectar points for oneself. Depending on one's organization, challenges will vary, but they offer the giver points for completing challenges such as recognizing others, completing health challenges, and more. Cons: Giving points is easy, but it sometimes difficult to find the person you want to recognize in a larger corporation. Points can be given to anyone in the organization, so it would be nice to be able to create your own list of team members that you recognize more often or allowing those you recognize most to be seen first before seeing those you never know. A good catch phrase for the company is: Make HR fun! That's what Nectar does. It's social media but for HR, which is a wild concept. That said, I hope that if you guys decide to use this catch phrase, I will receive credit for it haha! Cons: I don't like that when I click on a notification from my email, I'm not automatically logged in.
