Depending on one's organization, challenges will vary, but they offer the giver points for completing challenges such as recognizing others, completing health challenges, and more. It's great that this is a points-based system that can be used towards gifts people will actually want because they get to choose their own gifts. I love that Nectar gives employees an incentive to go the extra mile to do a great job and makes work feel like playing a fun game that you get rewarded for doing a great job instead of feeling like a repetitive chore.
