"The selection of rewards available is wide ranging and it makes receiving recognition even more impactful as you can get what you're needing or wanting through the rewards available such as gift cards or PayPal deposits."

"The team recognition system and the gift card redemption process are great, as are the discount system and asking about more perks for both rewards and discounts."

"The main drawback is notification fatigue, our Nectar is integrated with our Teams client, so we get emails and Teams notification from any Nectar activity."
