I have found my department and team to be in better spirits and more enthusiastic to volunteer and exceed expectations than in the past. I have had a good experience overall with Nectar.

Some people wait until the end of the month to use their points and lost them on the first month.

Nectar is absolutely wonderful and easy to use. It is amazing to see our employee interaction with one another and it is a great way to recognize anyone throughout the company.

I am excited to continue to use this to see a more long term affects like good work habits built over time or a higher volume of volunteers for difficult or more experienced tasks.

There have been some weird errors from time to time.

It’s so simple to give kudos for our company values and I love that we find ways to look for things to compliment our team on.

There is a great variety in the rewards that are offered. I like that we can link it to our own company SWAG store.

I don't know if I am using my points correctly so I am really concerned of purchasing something I shouldn't or do want on accident.

I was confused and it took me a minute of scrolling through the perks to realize that I was in the wrong place.

Very poor UX and design. Feels very traditional and lacks modern features.

This is the worst of the solutions I've used and makes searching and recruiting hard.

I literally had to redo the entire process to change an offer if I sent it out incorrectly. It was missing an edit function.

I've had a great experience with Taleo and being able to manage new Associates through the new hire process has been easier since implementing.

Taleo is overpriced but you do get what you pay for.

Loved the ease of use for all users. Very easy to train new users and self explanatory as far as navigation.

Lack of social media integration and forward thinking. Still Recruiter centric, not candidate centric.

Implementation can be confusing if you don’t have professional services.

Having things like our background check service integrated is great.

Some of the terms are confusing (fill vs hold vs cancelling a req) and teaching these to new users is difficult.

This should have been set up from the start. It's very difficult and costly to implement new features in the system w/out an IT ATS wizard on your team.

I like the features and customization Taleo offers.

While I do not use this product daily, I can say that when I have used it my experiences have been fairly positive. It is easy to use and navigate, I have found it to be intuitive and easy to learn.

TOO much information can actually make the product clunky and a little difficult to use. It can be overwhelming VERY quickly.

If you get the right package, you have a pretty awesome program.

The tech support is the worst I've ever encountered, we have to use a consultant on a regular basis, always an issue with a user having to switch browsers to watch a course.

Needs an integration with payroll. Not the easiest software to deal with (it's Oracle...).

Maintenance is generally very easy. Great Taleo community to share best practices.

The options are limited as to why candidates are not selected when sorting through profiles.

We were able to really make it work well for our business and integrate it with a lot of our other systems outside of Taleo for a more seamless experience for new Associates.
