I have found my department and team to be in better spirits and more enthusiastic to volunteer and exceed expectations than in the past. I have had a good experience overall with Nectar.

Some people wait until the end of the month to use their points and lost them on the first month.

Nectar is absolutely wonderful and easy to use. It is amazing to see our employee interaction with one another and it is a great way to recognize anyone throughout the company.

I am excited to continue to use this to see a more long term affects like good work habits built over time or a higher volume of volunteers for difficult or more experienced tasks.

There have been some weird errors from time to time.

It’s so simple to give kudos for our company values and I love that we find ways to look for things to compliment our team on.

I absolutely love all the different incentives this software creates. From wanting to give people more points to getting discounts and rewards.

Also, the interface for giving points and recognition is way easy and intuitive to ease. Also I'm very happy with the customer support.

It's easy to use and helps you send and receive those kuddos that sometimes get forgotten. Also, love the additional discounts/perks.

There is a great variety in the rewards that are offered. I like that we can link it to our own company SWAG store.

I don't know if I am using my points correctly so I am really concerned of purchasing something I shouldn't or do want on accident.

Only cons so far are a couple errors I received trying to access my notifications.

I was confused and it took me a minute of scrolling through the perks to realize that I was in the wrong place.

Tracker is great, the system is highly customizable and very user friendly. It does a lot of CRM functionalities and email campaigns,  the reporting and searching functionalities are also great.

What I like most about the product is the UI. Not only does the product look nice but it also is user friendly.

It was good overall, some tabs can be polished to use it in a better way.
