We are using insight in production and getting ready to move forward with Onboard in 2026. The after implementation resources and support are invaluable. The Customer Success team are a phenomenal value also. #### Cons Navigating between employee and HR administrator is a little clunky. The documentation as a comprehensive training manual could be gathered in a list or spreadsheet type of format for those of us that have to trim new employees or retrain the existing ones. I spent a lot of time correlating the videos and links in one easy to use place. Courses can be built with custom categories for both in person and custom online trainings. #### Cons Training transcripts cannot be separated by category. Our faculty need to track courses by category. It is a manual lookup and sort. I like the form builder feature and assigning checklist tasks. Id like to be able to modify forms and workflows without having to reaet in progress workflows. #### Cons Customer service. You get an initial response that thanks you for your inquiry and that they'll get back to you in 48 hours, but you receive that email about 36 hours later. So you have to wait about 3-4 days to get a real response to your inqury.
