I have been incredibly enthusiastic about NetGuide. For a hospital, I have many employees with different credentialing certificates/licenses/vaccinations/etc.

It is easy to use with a nice software and user-friendly panel to view payrolls.

Great for Mid-Sized and Small Companies with Simple Payrolls.

We have been using Netchex since February 2019 and it has been great.

It does log you out after a period of time which I expect but some employees seem to get frustrated with that.

They have saved us time and money and my sanity. I used to have to process payroll manually and trying to figure out everyone's taxes was taxing, so this has literally saved me.

I love how easy it is to clock in and view my hours.

Customer Service support is awesome, everyone is very professional and extremely helpful.

Having gone through it once, I wouldn't want to do it again, which is the only reason, I am hesitant to move to another company. Well my problems started when we moved to the biometric clock.

My favorite part is the payroll process itself is very user friendly and fast compare to previous software.

I like benefit carrier connections for benefits and open enrollment. I love not having to input information into the medical carrier.

The implementation has been the most terrible implementation I have ever went through with any company ever.

I love the integrated platform. With our old payroll company you would have to make the same change in several different areas of the software.

Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL. The self-training features are fabulous.

There is no tracking mechanism built to record personnel improvement plans or warnings.

Well, it is like any other payroll software. When I selected it about 9 years ago, I had other options, but their representative was very persistent and offered a good price.

I like that the software is super easy to use and learn not only from and administrative side but also from and employee standpoint.

The Software is super easy to use and I love that we can get good scores both through e-mail invitations and onsite.

Cuts down on number of applicants to interview.

It is sometimes difficult to figure out how to resend if an applicant doesn't get the software right away.

Our client uses WonScore to engage applicants; as a remote company this helps them understand how team members work together in the best way.

The software itself is user friendly and easy to navigate. The support chat box was very helpful and responsive when having questions on assigning users.

Ease of use, easy interaction with applicants, customer service - answered questions within 24 hours, ability to customize jobs.

For higher volume positions its a good filter for the pool and for specialized positions its a great tool to compare a few options.

Another great system the software contains is the ability to flag when someone may be trying to answer questions untruthfully and you can initiate retesting.

Easy to send out, results are easy to interpret,  does what it is supposed to do.

But, after I logged into the account, there was no reference to any questions to use as a guide for the interview. I tried to navigate through the website, but to no avail.
