Newired helps you. Do you want to have a "journey" of the application you are using? Newired guides you through menus and functions step by step. Do you want to inform and train your users and customers about the new features available? Newired does it without expensive training sessions. It is completely independent of the application to which it refers, and to which it adapts dynamically. In complex application processes, it helps you to better understand what you are doing, sure that you are always doing the right thing. #### Cons Because of the young age, it may be a bit slow in articulated and complex application flows. This Onboarding tool is easy to use, you can build as many journeys as you need to show all the functionalities without coding. Besides, it is possible to analyze the activities of each step and improve the journeys to the users. The tool allows training, increase the UX of your applications and if you need some technical support, the company give you all the information you need and the updates solve the bugs that existed. #### Cons The only adversity is possible to see on Newired Journeys is the price. Newired Journeys is only On-Premise application to Onboarding users, and this feature makes the tool a little expensive compared the other in the market.
