Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the fact it can do pretty much anything you need it to do.

  • I like how everything is neatly organized and easy to find. I also like how you can customize your screen to show only what you need to avoid screen clutter.

  • Cons

  • Cost per user was a but high, but understandable.

  • Call center implementation is very expensive, but you also get what you pay for. More recently there are bugs of users numbers not routing correctly.

  • Pros

  • Very easy to use and saves me hours each month on organising shifts and staff leave.

  • I love this programme because I can plan ahead our rotas for our cleaners and they get it on their phones. They know when they are in and the gps feature really helps.

  • Cons

  • It could take my job! Rotas are the one thing that takes time and patience, however this software eliminates that. It's a con, but a positive one. Sometimes as it's cloud, there is downtime

  • Nothing really, except I never used to have to close down and log back on each day to use certain functions, but now I do.
