  • Pros

  • NICE offers the ability to integrate most communication channels in to a single agent interface.
  • The most important thing that I like about this software is that it is tracking everything you do.
  • Cons

  • When there is an outage it can be very difficult as the whole system typically fails at the same time. This has been very rare fortunately.
  • Nothing at this time that I dislike about this software.

  • The company makes the software straight forward and easy to use.
  • Excellent customer service when calling tech support. Tech support personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable.
  • Cons

  • Tracking keeps losing contact with phone for one staff. We have tried to reinstall multiple times and no fix at this time.
  • The 2 most frustrating things with this software are the inability to make a customer inactive, and the lack of a place to make notes like gate codes.
